How the programme works?
Monday — Intakes
After confirmation, management and participants receive an intake form to prepare. On Monday we schedule the intakes: 60 minutes with you as the manager and 15 minutes per participant. This ensures we fully understand your business, target market and challenges before the training begins. No standard programme. Everything is tailored to your market.
Tuesday — On-site training (09:00 to 14:00)
The training takes place at your office. We work with a small group and short breaks, so the business can keep running. Focus: weekly planning and preparation, conversation structure from opening to close, sales psychology, treating objections as feedback, follow-up system and immediate applicability. Lunch is included.
Wednesday or Thursday — Live Sales Day (09:00 to 14:00)
The live sales day. We dial together in carousel format — live, real, on real prospects. We listen in and learn from each other’s conversations. Where does someone give up too quickly? Where does the structure break down? Where is an objection accepted instead of challenged? Every participant receives concrete, individual feedback. The key patterns and opportunities are fed back to you as the manager.
Practical information.
All training sessions and sales days take place on-site at your office, from 09:00 to 14:00. Intakes and coaching calls are conducted digitally.
What you need to arrange: a screen with HDMI connection and a flip chart with fresh paper and markers.
Prices are exclusive of VAT, travel costs, accommodation and any materials required. These will be invoiced separately if applicable.
Payment is due before the start of the training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Why does this work?
In 2017, I quit my job as a sales consultant in Amsterdam and started my own agency in Paris. With no network. No marketing budget. In a different language. I used Google Translate to translate my scripts and simply started making calls.
Within three months, I closed my first deals. Within six months, I hired my first employees. I survived COVID, lived in Paris for five years, and eventually sold the company.
Back in the Netherlands, former colleagues asked me to provide my internal training to their teams. We now train large corporations and SMEs in cold calling, across 5 countries and in 4 languages.
