With his quick analysis, direct approach and energetic style, he knows how to motivate, inspire and activate teams at lightning speed. No long theoretical sessions, but action, impact and results.


Background.
Karel-Oscar began his career as a top performer in advertising sales, the entertainment industry and recruitment. He was at the top as a “Top Biller” year after year, opening both local and international markets and achieving the highest results time after time.
As an entrepreneur, he left – without a budget and without speaking the language – for Paris and built a successful recruitment agency with 5 employees. This proves that acquisition and sales are not a magical gift, but a skill that everyone can learn and master.
With 18 years of experience in sales and business development – the last 10 of which within recruitment – Karel-Oscar works continuously to improve his methods and best practices. His goal? To help you get the most out of your acquisition and sales.
